When creating a view under analytics you have the ability to send yourself automated reports via email.
When looking at the "tags" report you have the option to select "all tags" or "filtered tags". Currently the emailed reports always function as if "filtered tags" is selected, regardless of what you have saved on the report.
It would be very helpful if the emailed report reflected this selection rather than defaulted to "Filtered tags"
Use Case:
We have tags that reflect call dispositions and tags that reflect origin source. To create a report that shows "disposition by origin source 1" I have to generate an analytics view filtering the tag to "Origin source 1" and then select "All Tags". The problem is that the emailed report shows nothing but the number of conversations with the tag "Origin source 1" No details on the dispositions.
I cannot amend the report to use "has one of" then list all of the dispositions and the origin source tag, because that will also show the dispositions from origin source 2.
