Auto-focus first field in required tags dialog

Problem
The required tags dialog opens without focus on any field. Teams must use the mouse to click the first tag field before typing. This friction compounds when multiple tags are required to be filled in sequence.

Auto-focus the first field in the required tags dialog and support tab navigation between fields to enable keyboard-only entry.
