Customize send keyboard shortcuts

Problem
The current keyboard shortcut for regular send (Ctrl+Shift+Enter) is cumbersome, and the default behavior of archiving on send is not always desired.

Request
Allow customization of keyboard shortcuts so teams can configure Ctrl+Enter for regular send instead of the current default.
