Expose status timestamps in API responses

Problem
The API doesn't provide timestamp information for conversation status changes, making it impossible to retrieve when a conversation was resolved or statuses were updated.

Request
Include resolved_at and timestamp fields for all custom statuses in API responses and data exports.
