Show ticket IDs in conversation list

Problem
Ticket IDs are only visible after opening a message. When managing conversations linked to external tickets, this makes it difficult to quickly identify which tickets are associated with each conversation without clicking into each one.

Request
Display ticket IDs directly in the conversation list so they're visible at a glance without opening individual messages.
