    Even though a sender may not be sending the same exact message, it becomes spammy if a sender sends messages several times a day with slightly different messaging and they do not auto merge. It's time consuming for the agent to have to go through and merge (10+ tickets) where the user is asking, for example, for a refund and cancellation.
