RELEVANT FOR NEW RULES & MACROS FUSION THAT WILL MERGES BOTH INTERFACES.
Why not have a global "workflow" that looks like macro builder but includes rules & macro capabilities. Imagine 2 options for workflow types when opening the tool:
1. Auto-launched workflow (like rules today but allow action to be a prompt screen like a macro)
2. Screenflow (activated with button, like macro today, shows a screen)
Example: "When a ticket is not resolved after 10 days, notify user and automatically pop up a screenflow/prompt on the conversation with opened to ask why was it not resolved?" User has to fill in required fields before leaving the conversation.
