Allow customers to update CSAT scores

Problem
CSAT scores are locked once submitted. If a customer initially rates the service poorly but their experience improves as the conversation continues, they cannot update their rating to reflect the better outcome.

Enable customers to update their CSAT score throughout the conversation to reflect their current satisfaction with the resolution.
