Mark text prompts optional in macros

Problem
In macros with a Collect Teammate Answer step, text fields are required; teammates cannot leave them empty or skip them, limiting macro branching logic.

Request
Add an "Optional" checkbox for text fields in the Collect Teammate Answer step, allowing empty responses to trigger different macro branch conditions.
