Fix workload metrics for moved conversations

Problem
Moving a conversation between inboxes incorrectly increments both new workload (for the destination inbox) and closed workload (for the source inbox), even though no actual workload was created or resolved.

Request
Update metric calculation to account for conversation movements so that moving between inboxes does not affect workload counters.
