Live Dashboard - Teammate Filter

As a manager, I want to be able to filter the Live Dashboard by Teammate to see how many conversations are Open and Waiting.

Right now, I can only see #Open in the Assigned teammates table, but I'm unable to determine whether or not that includes waiting.


I need to be able to see this because a core part of our job is reaching out to Suppliers and requesting more information. If a Teammate has 140 Open conversations, but 136 of those are actually Waiting, I know that they are doing their job.
