Keyboard shortcuts for ticket labels
Problem
There are no keyboard shortcuts for changing ticket label states (Open, Waiting, Resolved), and existing shortcuts like cmd+E conflict with new ticketing features.
Request
Add keyboard shortcuts for Open, Waiting, and Resolved ticket labels, with an option to bind custom shortcuts.
+1 to this - we would love one-key shortcuts for the "resolve" function!
This is also a major pain-point for our team and I agree this simple enablement is the easiest solution to speed up Front's customers' workflows
