The current Zendesk importer processes data in two batches and operates slowly. During the import process, the support team must actively monitor and manually restart the import when it pauses, leading to inefficiencies and unpredictability in managing customer migrations. To enhance performance and reliability, it would be beneficial to enable customer-specific customization of the import process during Zendesk cutovers, allowing them to tailor the import based on their specific requirements while improving overall system stability. Please prioritize this because we are seeing more rip and replace Zendesk use cases.
