Customize CSAT survey thank you page

Problem
Customers completing CSAT surveys are currently sent a follow-up conversation instead of receiving a customized thank you message.

Request
Allow customization of the thank you page displayed after survey completion to prompt actions like leaving a review or redirecting to a review URL.
