Hide Archived Tags for Analytics/Rules Creation/Email Tagging

When tagging an email, searching through analytics, or creating rules it is useless to see the huge list of archived tags. The only location where we need to see the archived tags is in the search. This feature make it really hard to browse through the actual production tags.

Would need an option to hide tags from these locations
