Allow multiple people assigned to one conversation

We are a large organization where we have multiple teams working in parallel with multiple stakeholders, there are times when two individuals from two different teams have to be responsible and responding on the same ticket.

Understand there is the "Shared With Me" option, however this gets lost in the other mailbox and response times suffer as a result.

Ideally we would like to allow multiple members to be "Assigned" on the same Front conversation and use the same features.

    Would make it so much easier if we could assign multiple people to a conversation or teammate group. That way, the first person available can handle it instead of round-robin, which is not very efficient if that person is busy with other things.

    Hi Charmaine,

    We are planning on making it easier to create linked internal action items/tasks/tickets that are clearly associated with an original conversation that drove the creation of the task - these internal action items could then be uniquely assigned to the right owner. Would this meet your needs?
