Better management for timezones

Currently, you can define timezones on Workspace or shared mailbox level.

This would be far easier if we could set timezones based on Teammate who all work within the same shared mailbox. Having to breakout by Workspace means you have to fragment so much other infrastructure - resulting in a monstrous redundancy of work and confusion.

But by not doing this, the analytics are wrong - and could make certain teammates lookbad (while also not surfacing accurate metrics).

With such a 'remote' world we live in today, there should be easier management for this.
