Problem The API doesn't support creating linked conversations or attaching them to existing conversations.
Request Add API endpoints to create and link conversations together.

I agree, it's there as a manual function so it should be able to be created through API as well. There's also no way find a linked task's conversation ID through the main thread's conversation API endpoint. This will be important in referencing those created tasks.
