Currently customers don't have a way to automate the removal of tags used in CSAT rules that send survey templates in app. This causes issues when customers have a large amount of conversations that use a channel type that does not typically create new threads such as SMS. This feature would allow the user to define, during rule creation, a set amount of time the CSAT tags would stay on the conversation.
So, for instance, if a user defines in the rule "allow CSAT surveys to be resent after 5 days" Front would automatically remove the tags Survey Scheduled, Survey Sent so their CSAT rules could trigger again on the same convo.
