Integrate vacation responder with calendar scheduler

Problem
Currently, blocking out unavailable dates from the Calendar Scheduler plugin requires manually creating an out-of-office calendar event for each day. There's no integration with the vacation responder.

Request
When the vacation responder is enabled, automatically gray out those dates in the Calendar Scheduler plugin so clients cannot schedule during those periods.
