Filter conversations by most recent message in API

Problem
The Search Conversation endpoint only filters by a conversation's first message timestamp using before/after parameters. This doesn't support searching conversations by their most recent activity.

Add the ability to filter conversations by most recent message timestamp in the search endpoint.
