Navigate back to previous conversation
Problem
When navigating between conversations—for example, while merging or linking conversations together—there's no back button to return to the previously viewed conversation.
Request
Add a back navigation button (like in web browsers) to return to the previous conversation.
This would be such a life saver. We use Front links to conversations all the time, linking together different conversations with customers. And when you click on a link to see the reference, it's hard to get back to where you came from without redoing the search in the first place.
Slack has this feature and it's a life saver to back track when you're investigating multiple linked items.
