Is there a way for us to establish a connection between Front and our database (RB9 powered by OMTI) so that these rules in Front can be updated real time when it's changed in our database? The From field in Front corresponds with the Contact Email in our database, and the Add Comment field in Front corresponds with the Contact Warnings in our database.
Hi @vy - I believe to provide this functionality, we would need to start by enhancing our Core API to allow rule updates. Once this is in place, you could build a custom integration, or use a tool like Zapier to automatically trigger a rule update when your DB changes. Would this approach work for you and your team?
