Detect oversized attachments before sending

Problem
When an email attachment exceeds the Office 365 limit (near 100MB), the error only appears after attempting to send, causing send failures.

Request
Detect oversized attachments before sending and prompt the user to choose an alternative way to send the file, similar to Outlook's behavior.
