Problem
The "Report Phishing" button only reports to Front's team, not to the organization's internal security team. Organizations with their own phishing response process cannot redirect or disable this functionality.
Request
Allow admins to disable the built-in Report Phishing button, so organizations can use their own phishing reporting workflows instead.
Our employees quite often report geniune business emails as phishing, we do not want these to be accessible to anyone outside of our company.
Also voted for this.
We have ended up with a tag that we use to forward reported emails into our platform of choice (caniphish), and while this is effective it is confusing for our users who need to remember to do it this way and not click on the Report Phishing button in Front.
Voted for this, this needs to be either changed/removed or create a loop to an integrated 3rd-party tool, such as KnowBe4 and Hook Security, to manage reports to who opens, clicks, and report the spam email. This will be a big help with other business.
