We would like a view that separates the internal chat comments from the email threads, a view to partition the two separately.
Right now we have chats between internal users intertwined within the email thread and it looks cumbersome.
Our agents frequently scour email threads from our clients and customers for information and don't need to weed through these internal chats.
We would like to partition the chats so that when we want to focus on just the email communication with our clients our internal chat communication doesn't clutter the view.
