Request: I wish I could type my question directly and have an answer, instead of a conversation to read.
This could also be great for getting a quick picture of how many conversations this customer has, then broken down into how many are open/archived/snoozed ect. Basically pulling the contact info of recent conversations into a comment/search to get a quick snapshot of the customers interactions. Their estimated happiness score is a bonus :)
