Giving Admins more confidence that no conversations are left behind thanks to rules. Front already supports queuing conversations that cannot be assigned immediately but we want to make improvements to the experience:
giving Admins visibility on the queue that is generated "behind closed curtains" when there is no capacity
giving Admins the ability to prioritize between queues of conversations to be assigned
giving Admins the ability to create a queue of conversations without using load-balancing (e.g. round robin)
giving Admins visibility on a specific conversation that is queued to be assigned or what conversations are in a specific queue.
giving Admins the ability to see the status of teammates linked to the queue.
giving Admins the ability to set complex limits such as “assign up to 1 chat and up to 5 emails"
