Ability to filter which accounts/companies and contacts sync from HubSpot. Merged

There are fields or objects, like Account Type, that can be used to filter out accounts that do not need to be, or shouldn't be part of the HS sync, and not being able to filter out those accounts impacts the sync time, limits, and increases the likelihood of activity being added to the wrong one. Also, this would allow the filtering of contacts assigned to those accounts from syncing too, offering the same benefits.
