Make pinned comments more prominent
Problem
Pinned comments are marked only with a small grey icon and visually resemble normal comments, making them difficult to distinguish in the conversation timeline.
Request
Improve the visual prominence of pinned comments so they stand out clearly from regular comments.
Leave pinned comments always at the bottom of the screen for visibility.
In addition, would be great if we are able to have pinned comments appear in the conversation interface, instead of having to go through an additional click to view it!
