It would be helpful to be able to start a new conversation as just a comment regarding a contact without it having to start as an email. For example - an internal meeting is held where specific to-dos regarding a customer are identified. It would be nice to write the notes as comments in a new conversation thread in that shared inbox and assign it to a user who can later act upon the comments and assignment by sending an email to the customer in that conversation.
