Option to have view number counter display all conversations (instead of just open conversations)
It would be amazing if there were a way to (when we're setting up a new Public Tag/Custom View/View) to have the number counter show all conversations with that tag, not just open ones.
We are starting to heavily use public tags/custom views a way to pass tasks around our global coverage, and currently we need to do some workarounds to make sure that conversations stay open so they number appears. Having a way to set a Public Tag/Custom View/View to "everything with this tag" would make thing incredibly easier.
This very feature is what we had hoped for with my Snoozed tag. Due to SLA the only way to turn off the clock is archive but they don't appear in the tag unless they are open which runs the clock.
This would great for private tags, too. So, if there were a setting on the tag that allowed you to switch between:
Count open conversations
Count all conversations
