Show total conversation count in view counters, not just open
Problem
View and tag counters only display the count of open conversations — there is no way to see the total count including non-open conversations.
Request
Add a setting on views and tags to show the total conversation count (all statuses) instead of only open ones.
This very feature is what we had hoped for with my Snoozed tag. Due to SLA the only way to turn off the clock is archive but they don't appear in the tag unless they are open which runs the clock.
This would great for private tags, too. So, if there were a setting on the tag that allowed you to switch between:
Count open conversations
Count all conversations
