Checked, sounds good but not the solution for the issue. We have individual references for each shipment for each client, we are using that in subjects for all communications related to the topic. So when I want to search, I just want to highlight and copy the reference from the subject. But this is true in general, if I would like to take out parts from a subject, a container number, words, dates anything, I can not, I can only copy the whole subject, pase it into a note, and from the note I can take out what I need.
Thank you for submitting an idea. Might context links be a possible solution for your issue? Context links allows your team to extract references from conversations for copying / better integration with third party tools. See https://help.front.com/en/articles/2245 for more details.
Hello,
is there any update with this one? what is baacklog status?
Still parts ob subject can not be copied, only the entire one, so our shipment and other references can not be copied out.
What I also noticed today when I tried again, that copies can not be edited just like on computer.
So I can not add nor remove anything from subject, which is also issue.
Thanks :)
Makes sense. I've moved this to our backlog. Thank you for the feedback!
