Prevent inviting non-Front participants

Currently the Participants Menu allows anyone the user has previously emailed / is in contacts menu to be invited. This can create issues where they try to add a non-business / non-front user. Ideally there should be a way to restrict this to only offer other Front users or users in their Team.
