Create recurring vacation responders

Problem
Users who have recurring unavailable periods (like a day off each week) have to manually set and reset their vacation responder every week, which is easy to forget.

Request
Allow vacation responders to be scheduled on a recurring basis, so users can set them once for repeating absences.
