My team needs the ability to be "out of office" for the team inboxes so new replies are unassigned with the ability to still receive notifcations for their personal inbox. Just because someone is done working in a team inbox for the day does not mean they can ignore all personal emails as well. This results in my team not marking themself as out of office so they can still get notifications for their personal inbox, but then messages in the team inbox get missed or delayed responses becuase that person is no longer actively monitoring the team inbox.
