Add dynamic default channel based on current inbox Merged

Problem
The dynamic channel selection behavior (based on the inbox being viewed) only applies when the default channel preference is left blank, and it gets overwritten when an individual channel is added.

Request
Add an explicit "Dynamically select channel based on current inbox" option for the default channel preference, so this behavior is discoverable, intentional, and not overridden by individual channel setup.
