Internal/External Out of Office
Hello
Can we extend the vacation responder so you can set one responder for internal and another for external.
We often need to provide different responses to the inside and outside of the organisation.
There are multiple ways to view coworker availability within Front for our organization (via availability status as well as the calendar), so it would be great if we could generate 'out of office' auto-responses only for senders outside our company domain. We don't need them internally!
Surely it should be possible to do this and sync the out-of-office message from Microsoft 365?
I'd also like to see status sync (if a teammate is OOO in Teams, set Front to Red etc).
