Expose teammate conversation read status via API

This information is presently hidden in the interface. It requires the user to click on the subscribers drop down for each message.
Adding this would enable a plugin to display the list of colleagues who have read a message as the user is scrolling through messages in an inbox.
Additionally, it would provide the ability to audit an inbox easily.
