We also need visibility to incoming emails that were sent as High Priority from Outlook users. Some way to see that red exclamation point in our inbox!
In my role, I am often using the High Importance feature on Outlook to illicit quicker responses, flag something that's high prio, etc. It would be great to see this feature included in Front, as I have seen the value of having these flags when using Outlook.
Outlook does this today, why would front choose not to enable a feature that could tie-in or trigger both send/received response from outlook users to co-exist? If you want users to make a switch, you'll need to give them what they're used to, and then add on from that point. This is just one example.
This is very necessary in my field as we have priorities that must be marked for immediate response. Especially since we deal with quick deadlines. It is very necessary and would be an awesome addition for us to use.
Joining for the replier before, it would be nice to see the important mark, just like in Outlook. I am also handling it with priority if it is sent to me like that, the same is true for our clients.
At the very least, it feels like Front should use the High Importance flag on an incoming email and Tag it (maybe that's a feature that can be turned on or off by inbox) but some kind of visibility to a customer saying it's important seems to currently be missed.

A lot of senders rely on us taking a prompter action based on the email's high importance. Would be great to get this visibility back.
