That would be great. GPT then has access to the previous mail history with the other person.
I would like to give GPT access to e.g. a Google Drive folder or Notion where all the product info/FAQ/knowledge about my products is stored, and GPT can use that info to write a response. So 90% of the support requests could be answered automatically.
Which would also be extremely nice: If GPT has access to the customer's sales history, so that GTP doesn't recommend e.g. a product the customer already has.
My favorite versions I have seen are ones that give you one word clickable response types. So I imagine toggling on this feature and below emails or text one word bubbles would pop up to help guide the AI in making the draft
Would love this idea. It's really a shame it's not possible (or it's not wise at least) to give ChatGTP access to any sensitive information. Otherwise it would mean a lightyear long step forward in information and communication handling between those dozens of systems which are in daily use. It would literally change everything.
Hello, I have joined the waitlist when this feature was announced, but have not yet received an invite. How can I enable it?

An AI that "listened" to all conversations in X inbox to keep my CRM integrated would be wonderful.
ChatGPT in my comments so I can talk to it to do the same thing would be nice.

But automated drafts would be cool too! :)
This would be indeed amazing and not to mention, if it can be integrated in the Chat function it would make it even more attractive!
I was thinking the same recently. This would be VERY handy!
