I second this. Some people just like to leave feedback and don't want anything further to come of it. I would love to add a question to the surveys and ask if we can contact the about their feedback and how they would prefer to be contacted.
This would be great as we have specific questions we like to ask our clients but would love the option of working within Front. This way we can gauge this and the analytics all in one place.
