Add more CSAT survey scale options
Problem
CSAT surveys only support a single scale format, so teams that need 1-10 ratings or emoji-based scales cannot match their preferred survey style.
Request
Support additional survey scale formats such as 1-10 numeric and 3-point smiley face scales.
We would like it to be simpler to be a thumbs up or thumbs down icons. Or the 3 point smiley faces would be good too.
Related to this, the current 5 star survey isn't very good if the email doesn't show images. Instead, it just says "survey survey survey survey survey" (see attached image). It's difficult to know which one to click! This is also an issue for accessibility as screen readers would just read out the repeated "survey" links.
We hope you could customize the survey star rating to be something like emojis to gauge customer's feeling about the service. - More eye catching and encourages more survey returns.
