It is now possible to customize the look and feel of the CSAT survey! The options are available in the new company preference "Customer satisfaction survey"

We are a Global company so being able to cater the survey to different languages would be very useful to our company. Additionally, if the results can still be able to be viewed in English it would help.

Being able to customize the text would be ideal as we try to be as unique as possible (much like lots of those below).

Would like the ability to disable the text in survey page for certain scenarios as well.

We need the CSAT survey page in German as well.
in addition the alt-text behind the pictures should be editable. Currently it says "Survey survey survey survey survey". For customers who haven't allowed their e-mail-poogramm to show pictures, that doesn't make sense.

The CSAT survey should allow you to adjust the text to be more customer-centric and have a friendly tone instead of using the out-of-the-box text that Front offers which is not customer-centric and the manner is not polite enough for our needs.

Hello - I would like to upvote this suggestion. Working in Quebec we have some clients who require all services to be fully bilingual, so the option to have the Csat in French would be ideal!

it would be nice to at least get a standard "translated" csat survey page for different languages (we need german).
