Admin have to edit shifts each time a teammate goes on vacation. This makes it impossible to leverage Shifts above a few dozen teammates (you have to edit them every single day to account for every single PTO). To avoid this needless management work, we will let planned vacations override shifts.
Agreed, just brought this up to our Front rep as well. I really hope to see Vacation Responder set overrides the shifts.

This is a great idea! To enhance, I'd suggest allowing users to specify the dates they'd be on PTOs, which admins can edit (if needed).
This would be extremely useful. Currently it takes a long time to take poeple offline each day they are out. Especially if they work an earlier shift then they are online already for that day. Being able to mark people Offline for X amount of days at a time would be a huge benefit. Thank you
