As a strong zendesk competitor, front is not only used by bilingual tech people in tech companies. I had a need of 80+ agent accounts for a real estate company, french speakers only. As the solution is only in english that's a no go for us, even if it fits my need perfectly. Some of our agents would struggle using a client only in english...

Same comment for me, the law have change in Québec, Canada. We have to work with french apps and plateform. thanks
