Request Add signature support for SMS messages to identify senders, similar to email signatures.
Context SMS has significantly higher open rates than email, making sender identification important.

Our dispatch team has moved to Front and Dialpad, and several teammates send from the same shared SMS number. SMS has no sender name or email-style header, so recipients (drivers and customers) can’t tell which dispatcher they’re talking to. Adding the signature from a template every time is inefficient. We need a signature automatically appended to outbound SMS messages. Email channels already support signatures. We’re asking for parity on SMS, configurable per teammate.
We are new to front and surprised that SMS signatures have not been introduced. SMS has an open rate upwards of 98% compared to Email which is 15-25%, making SMS the highest open rate of any communication platform on the planet. The ability to add SMS signatures exists as we had been using another platform prior to adopting Front that had SMS signatures. Not having SMS signatures greatly reduces personalization and quickly becomes a time consuming process to do manually.
We really need to get going on this, it would be extremely helpful!

This will allow for the recipient to be able to quickly identify who is sending what message.
