Hello! Shannon from Front here 👋. We are in the process of evaluating a build with Zoom. We understand that there are two Zoom products that we may be integrating with: Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center. Please let us know which integration you would be looking for Front to implement.
Zoom Phone Integration, complete with logging and the option (one click) to create a new 'Discussion' (ticket) about the call, either inbound or outbound would be awesome! (As awesome as Zoom can be anyways...)
This integration would be significant for our workflow at BentoBox, as right now, we will be using the SFDC direct integration to ensure accurate logging and reporting however all other communication is managed via Front.
Zoom Phone is what we are using
Zoom workplace/zoom phone would be the most beneficial for our workflows.
