For training sessions, especially with participants and trainers in different time zones, location visibility is crucial. It helps avoid miscommunication, simplifies scheduling, and ensures everyone is aligned on timing and expectations.
Without this information, we often spend extra time figuring out where people are based, which slows down coordination and increases the risk of delays or confusion—particularly when sessions involve multiple regions.
Adding a way to easily see participants’ locations would make internal training much smoother and more efficient, especially as our teams continue to grow across time zones. It’s a small addition with a high impact on planning and delivery.
This is critical for our team, who work globally.
As a temporary fix, the ability to choose a timezone within the calendar invitation would be acceptable.
This needs to either be the ability to see a secondary timezone or, a better option the ability to select a timezone in the appointment and the select the time in that timezone
