Today tags are Team-specific. Companies with multiple Teams have to use a distinct *Urgent* tag. Those tags show up as duplicates in rules, analytics, etc. It also means that when a conversation is moved from Team A to Team B, we strip all existing tags and cause loss of information.
Creating company-wide tags would solve many of those problems
Company-wide tags already exist, but need to be set up through a company admin. Depending on how possible or impossible this might be, you may need to schedule a meeting with you supervisor & IT to discuss what needs to be done, as well as any company-wide rules are needed to support these tags.
It would also be helpful to be able to create a tag for a specific shared inbox that doesn't have to be shared across the company.
